  • Cardamoms & Rose is a South Asian-rooted mental health and community space dedicated to wellbeing through connection, culture, and care. Inspired by two prominent notes across South Asian culture; cardamoms and rose, the space was created to offer healing that feels familiar, grounded, and welcoming.

We offer therapy, workshops, and community gatherings where conversations about mental health can exist alongside culture, family, identity, and belonging. Our goal is to create spaces where people feel seen and supported; whether through individual therapy, reflective workshops, or shared community experiences.

  • These two distinct aromas are something that are deeply ingrained in many parts of South Asian culture. Weather it is infused within the drinks we share, meals that are prepared or everything else in between, the name offers a chance to celebrate the community rituals that are intertwined with these notes.

May you (the reader), also be surrounded by love, care, and notes of sweet cardamoms and rose.

  • Cardamoms & Rose was founded by Maham and Muneeb. Maham is a facilitator with experience in wellbeing economy spaces and community-centered initiatives. Her work focuses on creating spaces for reflection, dialogue, and collective healing, bringing a community care perspective to mental wellbeing.

Muneeb is a registered Psychotherapist who offers culturally responsive therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, and life transitions. His work supports people in exploring their mental health in ways that honor their cultural experiences and personal stories.

Together, they created Cardamoms & Rose as a space where clinical care and community healing can exist side by side; where therapy, conversation, and cultural connection come together to support wellbeing.

At its heart, Cardamoms & Rose is about reminding us that healing is not something we have to do alone. It is something we nurture in community.
