Our Story
Cardamoms & Rose was created as a space where mental health, culture, and community can meet.
Our organization offers therapy, workshops, and community gatherings designed with the South Asian experience in mind, while welcoming anyone seeking a sense of connection and care. We believe healing happens not only individually, but also through relationships, shared reflection, and community.
OUR APPROACH
At Cardamoms & Rose, we bring together two perspectives on wellbeing: clinical mental health care and community-centered healing.
Our therapy services provide professional, compassionate support for individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, identity, relationships, and life transitions. Alongside this, our workshops and community spaces invite people to explore wellbeing through dialogue, reflection, creativity, and collective care.
We recognize that many people carry cultural, intergenerational, and personal experiences that shape how they understand mental health. Our approach honors these stories while creating spaces that feel safe, accessible, and culturally grounded.
MEET THE FOUNDERS
Cardamoms & Rose was founded by Maham and Muneeb, partners in life who share a vision for creating spaces where healing and community can exist together.
Maham is a facilitator with experience in wellbeing economy spaces and community-centered initiatives. Her work focuses on gathering people together for reflection, conversation, and collective healing. She brings a community care perspective to mental health, creating spaces where people can explore wellbeing through connection, culture, and shared experience.
Muneeb is a Registered Psychotherapist who offers culturally responsive therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, and life transitions. His work supports people in exploring their mental health in ways that honor both their personal stories and cultural contexts.
Together, they created Cardamoms & Rose as a space where therapy, workshops, and community can come together; supporting wellbeing in ways that feel human, relational, and rooted in care.
